Based on our discovery session, we develop initial design concepts that explore different creative directions. We typically present 2-3 distinct concepts for your review, each accompanied by our strategic rationale.
Your feedback drives our refinement process. Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds, allowing us to polish and perfect the chosen direction until it exceeds your expectations.
Upon approval, we prepare final files in all necessary formats optimized for your intended use cases. We provide organized file packages with clear naming conventions and usage guidelines.
Standard project timelines range from 5-15 business days depending on scope and complexity. Rush services are available for urgent needs with appropriate fee adjustments. We provide detailed project schedules during the proposal phase and maintain transparent communication throughout.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive complete ownership and unlimited usage rights to all final approved designs. This includes the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from the delivered assets.
Concepts and drafts not selected for final development remain the intellectual property of DigitalPalette Creative. These preliminary works may be adapted for other clients or portfolio purposes.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, award submissions, and marketing materials unless you explicitly request confidentiality. We will always present your work professionally and may include project context and results achieved.
If your project requires licensed stock photography, fonts, or other third-party assets, we will clearly identify these elements and their licensing requirements. Costs for premium licensed assets are billed separately unless included in your package.
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our schedule and initiate creative work. This deposit demonstrates mutual commitment and allows us to allocate dedicated resources to your project.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and your approval of final designs, before final file delivery. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or approved digital payment platforms.
For larger projects exceeding $5,000, we may structure payments across multiple milestones aligned with project phases. Specific payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee and may pause project progress until accounts are current.
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds). Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original project brief and approved concept direction.
Revision requests beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate of $150/hour. We'll provide estimates before proceeding with additional work.

Once our creative team begins work on your project—including discovery research, mood board development, competitive analysis, or initial sketching—the deposit becomes non-refundable. This deposit compensates our team for the time, expertise, and creative resources invested in understanding your needs and developing strategic direction.
IMPORTANT: Work commencement begins immediately upon completion of our discovery consultation. The 48-hour refund window applies only to deposits paid before any consultation or creative work has occurred.
We understand that business priorities shift and circumstances change. If you need to cancel a project after work has progressed beyond the initial deposit phase, the following charges apply:
You will be charged the full agreed price for any project phases or deliverables that have been completed and presented to you, regardless of whether you've approved them. This includes initial concepts, design presentations, and any revision rounds completed.

Our goal is always a successful outcome, not simply exhausting revision rounds.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to revisions within the original project scope and approved creative direction. Requests that fundamentally change the project brief, target audience, or strategic direction may require scope adjustments and additional investment.
In the rare circumstance where we've exhausted all reasonable revision attempts and still cannot meet your expectations within the agreed scope, we will discuss partial refund options on a case-by-case basis. These situations are evaluated individually, considering work delivered, time invested, and the specific nature of the dissatisfaction.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer. Bank transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Digital payment platform refunds (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are typically instant but may take up to 3 business days.
When partial refunds are approved, we calculate the refund amount by subtracting completed work value, work-in-progress charges, and third-party costs from the total project fee. Any remaining balance is refunded according to the timeline above.
